CRCP has established Consumer Complaint and Redress Forum (CCRF) for handling consumer complaints under its Law and Governance Unit. The CCRF handles complaints according to the policy devised by CRCP. CCRF also extends legal advice to its members and citizens at large, who have some grievance against the civic agencies and market practices.
