Parliamentarians’ Resource & Business Centre

Managed by the Consumer Rights Commission of Pakistan (CRCP), the Resource and Business Centre includes a well-equipped reading room, and computer, fax and photocopying facilities. The centre would provide parliamentarians online access to parliamentary databases, such as the Inter -Parliamentary Union (IPU) and the European Centre for Parliamentary Research and Documentation (ECPRD), in addition to a number of e-journals and newspapers.

The Resource Center staff is trained to provide immediate hands-on assistance and informal orientation to parliamentarians in Internet searches, and in answering their queries for information. The centre is meant to help parliamentarians keep updated on global policy and legislative issues and be able to perform their functions in an informed and professional manner.
